At Metro City, we are committed to making our venue as accessible as possible. While our building has some limitations due to its existing layout, we want every guest to have the information they need before attending an event.
If you have accessibility requirements, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing tickets or arriving at the venue so we can discuss the best available options.
do you have a Designated Accessibility Viewing Area?
A designated accessibility viewing area is available for guests who require it.

The viewing area offers a partially obstructed view of the stage.

Capacity is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis where applicable.

how to enter the venue?
Ramp access is available to the designated accessibility area.
We recommend arriving before doors open where possible. This allows our staff to assist you into the venue before general admission queues begin.
Our team is happy to provide assistance on arrival where required.
do you have accessible toilets?
Metro City provides ambulant accessible toilets.
Please note these are not fully wheelchair-accessible toilets and may not be suitable for all wheelchair users, particularly larger mobility devices.
