All Lost Property is reconciled in the days following events, which at latest will be by the next Wednesday.
If you've lost an item in our venue, please email email@example.com with the following details:
SUBJECT LINE: Lost Item
Description of your Item (e.g. Phone Make/Model/Colour)
Information of where you may have left your item
All Lost Property can be picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10 AM - 2 PM.
Please note: These times are subject to vary on staff availability and event schedules.
Larger events featuring Merchandise sales typically operate with a cloakroom.
During the Summer months, our events typically do not operate a cloakoom.
During Winter, our team will operate a regular cloakroom.

DO YOU OFFER PASS-OUTS?
Once you have scanned in with your ticket at the venue, you will not be permitted to re-enter if you choose to leave.
(Please note: re-entry with an additional ticket purchase is subject to ticket availability, our licensed venue capacity and decision of security)
I'VE LOST MY ID
Valid forms of ID including Government issued Digitial ID are required to enter our venue. If you have lost your ID, you can attempt to bring other forms of valid ID and discuss entry with security upon arrival. Metro City staff do not have ability to override decisions made by our licensed security team.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS?
Metro City Concert Club happily accepts Companion Cards. The card holder will need to purchase a valid ticket and show their valid companion card upon entry for their companion to gain access.
DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBILITY SEATING?
Metro City has a designated Accessibility Seating area on the top balcony of the venue allowing you to have a safe and secure way to view the event.
In the instance the venue elevator is unable, a viewing platform will be arranged on a ground floor platform.
