Opening Times
Metro City is open every Saturday night and various other week nights for special events. Our opening times vary, depending on the event being held. Your best option is to visit our “Events Listing” or follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with all our events!

Office Hours
Day Staff are in the office 10am – 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Set Times
Set times will generally not be released unless done so by the promoter themselves.

Licensing & ID Requirements
Our venue is 18+
Valid Forms of IDs accepted under the Liquor Control Act -
Current Australian Driver’s License
Australian Proof of Age
Current Passport 

Cloakroom is available at all events and club nights - $3 per item and $5 per large bag 

The venue uses Scantek ID system for all events. All bans for other venues will be upheld. If you are unsure of a ban, please contact Scantek directly - 
 ATMs in the venue
We have 3 ATMs available around the club – one in the foyer next to Merchandise and another two near the toilets on ground floor

Dress Code
The general dress code for Metro City is Smart Casual. Enclosed footwear is a must (no steel capped boots, heels and hard sole strapped sandals are ok) and hats must be worn backwards.
No gang related apparel or tattoos.
No man bags, bum bags, side bags etc.
Costumes are ok if it relates to the event being held

How do I buy tickets for Metro City Club Nights and Events
You can purchase tickets right here! Simply click on the “EVENTS” button at the top of your screen, then head to the event you want to attend, click “BUY TICKETS” and follow the prompts to purchase.

  Q: I don’t have a printer; can I show my ticket using my smart phone?
A: Yes! If you have a copy of your e-ticket on your phone, our door staff can scan your ticket directly from the screen. To ensure efficient processing at the event, please make sure your screen brightness is turned up and that your ticket is open on the barcode

Q: I did not receive my e-ticket?
A: Please contact the ticketing agent you purchased your ticket from, who can then assist you further

Pre-existing Medical Injuries / Pregnancy

If you have a visible pre-existing injury or are pregnant, you will be presented with a form upon arrival to provide acknowledgement that you enter the venue at your own risk. If you require any special assistance please contact the venue before the show as we are more than happy to accomodate any special requests.

Wheelchair Access
Metro City has Wheelchair Access on the right hand side of the venue. Patrons in wheelchairs can have access to all levels of the club however please be aware that in case of an emergency, the patron must stay in one spot until fire department staff or management staff are able to assist them. 

Does Metro City have seating available?
We are mainly a standing club with limited seating along the ground floor tiers and the odd high stool in the upper tiers 

Parking & Public Transport
There is limited parking around Metro City – only street parking.
Wilson Parking and CPP parking behind the club and on Roe Street
Closest Taxi rank – Milligan Street – around the corner from Metro City
Public Transport – 10 min walk from Perth Train Station and Bus Port

Where can I smoke?
Smoking is prohibited within the club. You can smoke out the front of the venue or if the upper levels are open, on the balcony. We ask that patrons do not smoke whilst waiting in line out of courtesy to other patrons. You will be asked to exit the line if you are smoking. Please be aware that no drinks are allowed at the front of the venue, on the balcony is fine.

Can I have a Pass Out?
Your Stamps are your pass outs. Please treat them like cash. If they become obscure, you will be asked to leave or pay the entry fee. 

Intoxicated Patrons
Metro City reserves the right under the Liquor Control Act to evict and/or deny entry to intoxicated patrons, regardless of purchased tickets.
